Folks, first off I want to say God bless you all for BELIEVING in the Spirit of Christmas. I have wanted a real sleigh for about 2 years, the ones back east new or used are out of my price range because they do all the work. I have just started Portraying the Big Guy ( 3 years ) with my wife (1 year ) and am hoping that someone out there may have one in a barn or pasture that needs tender loving care. All located in different places inthe US. It all depends where you have friends and family at to help you out.

I think if you are planning on using any for publicity shots, you may be good fiber glassing over the wood and/or replacing some wood as needed if possible. Sometimes, due to the curves etc. it's not possible, so fiber glassing is the best you could do.

It looks good, but the problem is transportation, I disowned my side of family here in Ca. and my wifes parents, 1 deceased other we are taking care of. I will definitely keep my eye out on E-Bay for something that is right for me (He will let me know) I really appreciate the information. I don't always know where to look and the kids have their own lives while at home. Take care.
