This is one of my favorite and oldest projects. It is getting a makeover this year with a new plexiglass track.

And I'm just plain crazy! LOL But I do love that animated sled. As always, you know I have to ask. Have you written a how-to on that?

The soldier is actually made of 1" styrofoam, but I bet plywood would work great. I just had some stryo left over and used it up. It is lightweight and weatherproof (except wind).
No, I do not have how-to on sled yet, which IS made of wood and metal. It will probably be my next one up. It was built on kind of the same concept as the skating penguins that Thehoghunter has posted on SP. I built it about 6 years ago, and it needs revamped.
