I'm partial to Decktheholics. I was looking over at Planet Christmas (a site dedicated to Christmas Displays) and they don't seem to have any title either although I do see Christmas Enthusiast used a few times.

Over on other sites they have names for people who are into specific props.

blow mold people are called molders
inflatables people are puffers
wireframe people are framers

I'm a hybrid molder/puffer, often referred to as a blowpuffer
