Making a snow machine

I have seen pages before on how to make a REAL snow machine, but that requires a low temperature. I know how to make snow fluid, but am looking to make a machine similar to the ones that DJ's use. I've heard of a "Mr. Snowman" snow machine before that can be bought, but can never find them. Anyone know how to make such a machine?

I saw one similar to that recently. I'm actually looking for a "fake" snow machine. Similar to a fog machine, only it sprays out small soap-bubble like snowflakes.

That's exactly the machine I was thinking of. I'm trying to find information on how to build one. I foun plans a while ago for how to build a foam machine, which is similar, but don't exactly know how to make it blow up into the air in small pieces like snow.
