Hey y'all!

Guess since I joined last year I should visit once in a while!

You'll see me on a few sites as IshWitch, Valkyrie, or ValkyrieMusic.
I love Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, St. Patrick's Day and the 4th of July as my favorite holidays!
Not that that leaves very many, but ya know what I mean!

I have gotten hubby interested in the crossover of decoration ideas from Halloween to Christmas. We've used our Christmas light show for 4th of July light displays and this year I want to do the same with lighting the front of the house for Halloween.
Our haunt club is holding a make 'n take to create a "leerer" and I plan on using the same technique to create an Elves And Presents display for this year. I really want to step up our Christmas display from lights, trees and blow-ups to more animation!

We have some great new additions since you visited last year, we have some lighting experts, blowmold experts, sculpturers (is that a word?), prop makers, candy makers and chefs.

I do love Christmas and I am all about the lights!
Last year we bought our first live tree in over 10 years. Unfortunately, it died before Christmas (pretty sure it was because the guy didn't cut enough off the bottom) but it was beautiful, nonetheless!

I strung the small LED multi color lights on it and then we did the big faceted LED C7 size lights. Probably a good thing, since it might've caught fire with regular strings of lights. That baby glowed like it was magic!
