Howdy all. When threw the box of poinsettias that's been stored for a few years and now have a problem. All the the colors are fine except most of the white. They look and feel like wadded paper and wont straighten out. Anyone know how I can fix this?
Thanks.

Have you tried wetting them with water and laying the petals flat?

well I guess that depends on how big they are..mist them? then iron them..or a flattening iron for hair on low. check one first when wetting may leave watermarks.
do you have pic of them?

Don't think water will do them much good, they're plastic, not the felt ones. But it was a good idea. There's dark reds, lighter reds and a kinda pink/purpley colored ones all made of the same stuff in the same box. All plastic (vinyl?). And not all the white ones became stiff cringkly wads. Kinda strange.
LOL Xmaslilly. Guess I could spray them brown and use them as dead flower props in the graveyard.
