All I get is a black box that asks what language and has a sign in button beneath it that doesn't work. I'm using Firefox and clicking on the "Live Chat" on the red bar above.

Still no go...
I click chat, another window opens. Inside the window is a small black box (with an x at the top, but it looks like the place to enter a name or password is missing) but at the bottom of the box you can pick a language then click login. Clicking doesn't do anything.

I tried it again, my name is automatically there (no need to login) and the time I logged into the chat, it seems to be working perfectly on my end, all the emotes work great to. I wonder if its a problem on your end?

Make sure that you click "remember me" when you login to the forum. You may have issues if you do not.
If you were having problems, close ALL browsers, come back here...login and click remember me.


Do not use a browswer such as AOL. Attempt using Interenet Explorer or Firefox.

Make sure that you do not have any software (norton/mcaffee) that could be blocking your success. If your security is too high for your computer or browser..you cannot use it.

Okay....I logged out, shut down, logged back in (re-checked "remember me) and it still doesn't work. I use explorer, and I even tried getting in with McAffee turned off. Still the same -- black box, nothing but the language and login and x. The x and login don't do anything when I click.

hmmm. What operating system? PC or Mac etc.

This is confusing as this is configured exactly as HalloweenForum...and most people can access it.

Can you try to use a different browswer? FireFox? Maybe we can narrow it down to see if it is browser settings.

It's working for me. PC + IE + Mcafee

There was a tweak I did for permissions, if you had a problem, please attempt again.

That is coming in the future. There were issues with that function and I have to figure out the fix.
