accidently shopped at Curby's today and found a grazing wire plastic stringed motorized deer. Oh, yeah........:D

Curby's...Is what happens on trash day.People put the stuff they do not want out on the "curb" for pickup. If your lucky,you get it first for free....

I removed the lights on it today and the motor. I cable tied up the head and neck. I have plans to use it as the underskele of the movie animated Rudolf, but the dimensions may be off. heh We'll see.

my friends just picked up about 9 couch cushions for me ( more tombstones) and they even removed the outer fabric before they brought them over..
How cool is that.

Lilly- that's great- those are good friends! At the risk of sounding dumb though, how do you make tombstones out of the foam in a cushion? I guess I more mean how do you use them ? Are they for inside or out side? I have always used insulation sheet foam board, or actual styrofoam. I am always open to new ideas and ways to do things- and it is nice to have a variety of types of stones.

That same friend just gave me 2 big parrot bird cages too. storage area and props..

OK now I feel really stupid. You bet. I thought 'Curby's' was a store. My first post on this thread says it all. I can't hide it. LMAO Didn't even dawn on my you didn't include a price. And I even SHOP there myself. Totally cool find Sickie Ickie.

Have any of you looked into Freecycle.com? It's like Curby's but you can shop on line. LOL It's a site where folks give away and ask for things. The idea behind it is to keep usable stuff out of land fills.
