In Colorado it snows alot. We've had some this year but not much. The other day it was going like a blizzard for a few hours but then it was done. I get what your saying. When you'v always had a White christmas you do get a tad dissapointed if it changes.

We don't always get a white Christmas in mid MO. either. I remember walking home from school just before Christmas in a t-shirt. The temp. was in the 70's. But I've also been sleigh riding the day after Thanksgiving. Weather's weird that way.

In northern Illinois, west of Chicago, we've already had 2 good snows. It's supposed to be 23 degrees today with more snow. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

Cool RRguy. We got a light dusting last night. Don't know if it'll stick around but it's nice to see today.

we had about 5 inches earlier in the week, it melted yeaterday, but am supposed to get a lot tonight, we have a winter warning courtesy of Lake Michigan. It is blowing 30 to 40 miles a hour wind right now, good thing it isn't snowing yet!

No snow here -- just rain and fog...very dreary. But at least I can turn on the lights so shine in the day!
Although it is normally cold enough, we never seem to get snow for Christmas. :(

We've had a big snow storm on Dec. 3, and another one on Dec. 16, for a total of approx. 40-50 inches... The snow banks are huge, I haven't seen this in December for a long time.... Last year, we were seeing the grass on Christmas Eve... But today, it's raining :( Hope it won't all melt away.....

I'm dreaming of a White Christmas...

I moved to Atlanta from State College PA in 1981 and haven't seen a white Christmas since then. My sweetie helped me out with my snow envy last year by giving me a snow machine for my Christmas Eve gift. I had my white Christmas for a few hours. Even though it smelled a little soapy, it looked like the real thing when I sat gazing out the living room window.

Here in So. Cal I'm in shorts and a t-shirt as I write this at 8 in the evening! Dont' get me wrong, snow is fun to visit but give me a nice dry 72 degree Christmas anytime! Of course it's JMHO.

Every couple of years we get some snow here on the hill.Once, it was the day after Christmas.Last year about a week after.Somewhere I have a pic of it.Its never more than a few inches, enough to be pretty, then melt by 10:00am

You can have all of mine. I hate to be a scrooge, but, working out doors, I've never learned to love snow.

Happy B-day, Blinky.
