Ok, this is our santa....made from the frame of a headless waiter prop with an old man mask and a santa suit.

This guy sells for 100 euros used. I've seen him in stores and it seems like its just a large doll head. Anyone know where I can buy a large doll head like this one?

Glad you like him. I like him too lol I don't want to spend alot of money either, that's why I'm just looking for the head lol The whole thing costs 99 euros. We've had our santa out for 2 years now and his mask aint getting any prettier due to the rain and cold. And actually, I'd prefer a jollier looking face than the one we have now.
I thought maybe there was some craft shop or other type of shop that just sells that type of head.

Maybe you could try to make one of your own? Check Lauriebeast's tutorial on the HF. Other wise, other than mask sites or stores, I don't know of anywhere to get one. Good Luck! But for this year, he looks great!

Did a quick search and didn't come up with a head either, but keep looking. It has to be out there!

There's no way I could make one myself. Just not that crafty or artistic like Blinky.
The US has much more choice in Christmas and craft supplies so I was just hoping that some crafty person might know of a place that sells large doll heads.

I found these guys at walmart for 18 bucks each! They sing 6 different Christmas songs. They stand about 5 ft tall.

I thought about choppin one up for H but I thought I better let the warden concentrate on the hearse first. That might take him 6 months. :p
