It all started with someone wrapping garland around the safety fence in front of the trash compator......LOL
Ya'll know me form the Halloween forum you'll know I don't do anything unless it's over the top, extreme or gaudy. LOL I told my boss that I had bought a Christmas tree for .50 at an auction and asked if I could bring it in for the compotition. Didn't tell him it's 8 ft tall. This tree is all metal construciton. Each branch is conected to the pole by a removable steal pin. All it needed was a few hours of 'un kittying'. Must of been one heavy cat. LOL Other than that it's in perfect condition. I'm wrapping each branch and the pole with 1100 to 1200 mini lights. And at the top will be a lighted angel. This thing should melt the ice off the roof 16 ft about it when plugged in. Now to get a bag of marshmallows and a few sticks... LOL

Also bringing in a cheapo Nativity and a funky looking Santa to complete the look.

AFTER Christmas sales! Only got 1000 on it. Wrapped each branch with multi colored mini's and then went form top to bottom with white in a very open pattern. The white gives the entire tree a frosty look and doesn't take away from the color at all.

Looks totally cool where it's at. From a distance it looks like a 12 ft tree.

That's the one thing I can't do. Unfortunately I can't take a camera into the factory. A quick way to 'loose my situation'. I know a guy that did take a phone that took pics into the factory once. Someone took it. Took a picture of a toilet. Changed the screen saver to the toilet pic and then sent that picture to everyone on they phone owners email list. The phone owner was HOT. But it was funny.

Sorry it took so long to get back with ya Sickie Ickie. I work at a fabricating and tempering glass factory. We don't make the glass, we make stuff out of it. Because of all the technical stuff invalved in temporing glass they're real touchy about cameras.
