I am going to try and keep the cost down so everyone can have a set. The stuff I use is called dragon skin and it is more durable then latex it doesn't bio-degrade like latex does.
latex can dry out and crack this stuff is Great That Is why I make all my prop heads with it..

I have Started to Make Santa's Body , I will be using the basic pvc frame with a chicken Wire and Duct tape Body for him. I think Everyone here knows how to make that. I have made him some Santa Boots of Chicken Wire and Duct Tape too.and I will be using a pattern to make his Suit.It is Butterick # 6303 I liked the jacket style on this Pattern.

I will write a How To . If you all need one..
