Does anyone have any wooden toy how-to's? I'd like to put some up on the project site to counter all the video games currently out. Sometimes good things comes in low-tech packages.

(Let the holiday toy recalls start rolling in! What'll be the danger this season? More lead (http://service.mattel.com/us/recall/default.asp?recall_id=52430)? Ruffies (http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/11/08/toy.recall/)? Plutonium?)

Not my own projects but some fun things to make:

from Makezine: http://blog.makezine.com/archive/2006/10/diy_wood_toys_f.html
(I particularly like the Burb gun. Tres retro.)

doesn't look as though I'll be able to finish the Sanata this year due to family challenges. I don't even know if I'll be able to finish only 1 prop. :(

First Halloween props were challenged due to bankruptcy, now Christmas due to surgeries. (sigh) I'm hoping I can make up for props on both holidays during the year.
