Awww. I am already planning for next Halloween. Never stop doing it so you never get withrawls.
But did go looking today for some Christmas decor.

Hehe, or should I say hoho :) It feels a bit strange seeing these familiar names on this forum....especially in these colors.

This is funny. As I'm packing away all the Halloween props, I find myself looking at them differently, like how they'd look dressed in different colors...
Oh thanks Larry, here we go again!

Hello weekliers!!!

Hmm...somehow whiskey and cigars don't seem quite right here...at least, not yet...

How about some eggnog, with a touch of brandy in it?
Or...would brandy with a touch of eggnog in it be better?

Time to move some of the furniture around, add a pool table and juke box...make this place so #$%^ing jolly that good ol' St. Nic himself would feel like flopping down and having a drink...

First, the amount of posts, then the "no shirts" party. LOL

Hope everyone is having a good day. I hate this part, the teardown.

Just finished bringing in all of the halloween stuff from outside. :(

How long do you think I can keep the bats and "black" decor inside up before I am taken to be a nutjob by my perfect neighbors? ;)

Is it disturbing that we might be all bloody and black on the outside, but we have a nice hot chocolate-y, marshmallowy core? Um, I guess so! It's that christmas spirit -- does it every time for me.

But it is funny that I have my bloody hand right out next to my christmas catalogs!

I don't, not really....

I may have some "autumn" foil wrapped Reese's in a candy dish, but that's about it.

Since Mr. W's family is in England, we only have my family around. Two years ago, they gave me sh*t for not using the good china "Oh, your family isn't good enough for the good stuff, huh?". So last year, I pulled out the china, but as a joke, put out the leftover Hot Wheels paper napkins from my son's birthday, LOL

Then it got nuts when my cousin stopped by on her way home. They wound up spending the night.

This year will be quiet, just my stepmom and brothers. It's just a lot of "decorating" after Halloween and before Christmas.

The smell and sight of the turkey seems to be sufficient!!!!

I have left out all of my uncut pumpkins and gourds. Well, a lot my inside halloween stuff is stillup, but I will leave those things out even when the bats and bleeding candles are gone! I commented on the turducken thread -- have heard very not good things about undercooked ones. Yuck.

Well, I'm planning on putting up a giant turkey on th elawn cut from foam. It makes it easier for Halloween if I do almost every holiday a little. That way the neighbors can't give me greif about doing the Halloween display every year. After all, they were okay with all the other decorations for the holidays. Bwa-hahahhahahahahaaaa

Good morning all... Happy Friday! Dreading the cost of gas for the drive to Anaheim tomorrow. Tried talking the wife into taking the motorcycle but she wouldn't go for it, 420 miles each way is a bit much for her these days. Hope you all have a great and safe and healthy weekend.
