I've added a couple of features to the site to make ordering voiceovers easier and will also make getting the final product back to you easier.
I have turned my questionnaire into a web form. All you need to do is fill the form out and hit submit. Instant delivery to me.
Also, once I have your product finished I will send you an email with a link to download your files. I am moving away from sending them via email. Last season I had several issues with email going through with MP3s as attachements.
