Mostly I am storing these recipes for later use.

Personally, I love to cook. But that's only because I like to eat REALLY well. I'm constantly dismayed by the fact that my husband will go without a meal rather than cook something.

I'm looking forward to looking through all the recipes in this section. Always looking out for something new.

I got a lovely lean rabbit from the butcher for Rabbit Ragout tomorrow night.

Gosh, what's that? Sounds German. I'd love the recipe.

I'd never cooked rabbit before so I followed a recipe in one of my old cook books. It was pretty simple. We're having some unseasonably cold weather at the moment so it was nice to eat a hot stew. Makes a change from salads.

I'm not sure I'll be cooking rabbit again in a hurry. The flavor wasn't too bad. My husband loved it. It's just the whole cute, fluffy bunny thing. Once you get that image in your head it's hard to shake it.

Anyway, I've got another of the poor little things in the freezer so I'll have to try a different recipe.
