I Belong to several other forums and One is the Sister Site to this one.
It's A Halloween Forum: and I have written quit a few tutorials on how to make Halloween Yard props, but Now I have finished my first Christmas Prop.
Here he is:

The tutorials were based on the making of him I still have his hands to do. I will start on them today.. This tutorial takes you from start to finish.
sculpting. mold making, pouring your molds,how to put the head together and How to make a body and how to make a floor stand or to make them so they will stand up in your yard.

Side Note: Next year In The works is to sculpt a prop head for Santa, and Stan who will be the grave diggers buddy. Also, to make a stand up Mummy. For those of you who are interested..But What I can do is fix my banner to log on to the newest prop heads that I do .So all you will have to do is click it to see what I am Up to..Since this is the Sister site to one of his forums I don't think the head Santa here will mind.Right now the link goes to the prop section of that forum..Since The Grinch was the last thing that I sculpted for this year.. I will Not go back to work till after the new year. But You Can get some cool idea there ti fix your yards for xmas just change the look.
You can learn how to trigger props that talk so when some one come to the door on Christmas it starts to talk to them.. Cool Huh..

Here is what his hand looks like I have one done, and I'm working on the
other now but I will not have it done before My Hubby goes to his Mom's House for Thanksgiving with the CAMERA. SO I will have to post a pic of it later.I made it so it would look like he is holding a Christmas Ornament.

Yes, Sweet Due to the fact that they order this at the last minute and to be able to get it done in time. But I did use Green hair on his head.* at the side of his head..So I was a hooker for a while,lol and I punched his eyebrows in. And I recycled the Mourning Widow's Body for his..

I Thank you so much.. I have no plans in the works other and a few orders for customers they are Big Foot, a Bella Vampire, a wolfman Chaney style and for Christmas a Santa Face.:D oh and to finish my website..Click my banner
