I wish I would have saved my strawberry shortcake, and kept my cabbage patch kid in the box. I did, however, keep (thanks to mom) my little ponies. Now I let my girls play with em, and they love knowing mommy once did it too.

I wish I had alot of my old toys back. I had lots of Strawbeery short cake stuff and some of these perfume dolls that were really cute. And my fisher price purse set.
But I did keep a few good things, my cabbage pach kids, care bears and even a few magazines and sticker books.
My girls play with some of the stuff and it is a nice feeling watching them with my old toys. For the toys to be loved again that way...

Patty PlayPal, my Annie Oakley cowgirl outfit/gun and holster, Chatty Cathy, Daisy air rifle. Yep, I was daddy's little girl so I played with dolls and with guns.

I guess mine would be my Barbie. A couple of years after I had her, I got a "beauty shop kit" which was where you Pulled the heads off Barbie, and put bald ones on, it came with a bunch of wigs, and directions on changing color, styles, etc. Well in the process of the heads going on and off so much, my Barbies neck got a little rip just under the hair line. So I kept useing the other heads,(which had Barbie faces, just bald) (sounds so odd now, but back then it was fun) and some how, the original got lost. From the sounds of alot of the toys, I definately am the "old" lady around here, you played with things my kids played with!

I don't think age matters when it comes to torturing Barbies, Bethene! I remember chopping all their hair off, playing with their limbs, and doing all sorts of weird things to them. :)

LOL I loved a little tin top when I was a kid. Luckily it was packed away, and my son has it today. :D

My easy-bake oven. I remember the birthday cakes I used to make for my family with it!

Did you know they now have them decorated for a boy's toy, too?

The mixes still stink -- if all your adding is water, it can't be that great! My daughter made one - ew.

Well I know this is a thread for destroyed toys but I'm gonna post this anyway cause I NEVER get to tell anyone these things! lol
I have a Barbie collection, the 1st doll was bought in 1957 when I was born & Barbie got started. Every year I got dolls & clothes....actually I got clothes for my collection until I was 40. Last Xmas my Aunt bought several of the collectors item Barbie ornaments. I still have the entire collection along with all those dresses Mattel 1st made. Even the stewardess outfit. I also have a Joe Namath doll, I was a big fan of his when I was younger.
My cabbage patch doll.....Hinda Samantha is still in the box....I got her when I was older so I don't think I ever took her out of the box.
So I'm glad I got to tell someone this......I've tried over the years to sell my Barbie collection but I just can't bring myself to part with it. There is no kids in my life so I may just leave it to my cousins son when he gets married one day & has kids. He's 14 now.
