Where do you find materials?

I know there are a lot of sites to purchase things such as skeletons, skulls etc for Halloween but where can you find full heads for say a talking Santa or Snowman?

Thats a hard one, I haven't seen anything like that around, Maybe I should start sculpting some stuff up....LOL

I was wondering if you'd have to use a skull and add a latex face or something. I hope not.

That would be one way to do it, but I haven't seen any good looking heads for this.
